Concerts and Tours

As a registered charity, one of the key aims of St Edmundsbury Male Voice Choir is to raise funds for charity, and in the past 35 years we have raised thousands of pounds with our concerts for a wide variety of causes. However, we don’t just raise funds – each week our musical director Leslie Olive seeks to raise the musical standard of Choir members and provide musical challenges – expanding our repertoire and ways of singing. With concerts and tours both home and abroad, the Choir aims to entertain and involve its audiences. Socially, the Choir organises a range of outings and activities for our members.

Buy your concert tickets online

We now use Ticketsource, a well known agency that works particularly well with smaller arts organisations.

This is a simple, low cost way of making our tickets available to a wide online audience.

To book online tickets for our concerts please go to:

https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/St-Edmundsbury-Male-Voice-choir

When an e-ticket holder arrives at the concert they will need to show either their hard copy or electronic ticket to the door staff. Simple as that. Those going to local shows at The Apex and Theatre Royal will be familiar with the procedure.

USED STAMPS NEEDED

Sylvia Wilson is collecting used stamps for AGSD UK (Association of Glycogen Storage Disease UK), a very small charity for which this provides valuable income. To maximize their value she kindly requests that the stamps are trimmed from the envelope with a 1cm border around them. Stamps can be passed onto Sylvia via any member of the Choir.
